Architect of one's home,
Friend to be trusted forever,
Blotting paper for all pains,
many roles to play,
with a smile on the face,
forever and ever...
burns like a candle,
supports like the earth,
spends sleepless nights like the moon,
soothing words,
like song of a humming bird,
stands erect as a mountain,
with emotions unspoken,
too many,as the oceans..
smiles even with a broken heart,
and,
assures to brighten up your day,
even if she couldnot,
brighten her own....
you call her nature,
or the best creation of nature.
That's She,
A Woman.........

There is not a single day,
when i don't cry,
but sooner or later,
my cheeks go dry.
i cry for sometime,
then again i m involved,
in thoughts other than you,
which need to be solved.
there isn't any ocassion,
in which i don't miss you,
i always feel sad,
when i think about you.
my eyes burn with eagerness,
to see your face once,
but you never think
of giving me a chance.
my ears feel comfortable,
if you someday give a call,
but you never do so,
and my hopes become small.
i feel secured and comfortable,
when i hear you are missing me,
but i am filled with sadness,
when my friends do your face see.
the next moment i think,
had i been in their place.
and considered myself blessed,
for having seen your face.
when i am informed,
that you are unwell,
"give me pains"is what,
to God i tell.
i sometimes do feel,
that you have always made me sad,
the next moment i think,
you are not wrong as you are mad.
i don't know,
what feelings for me you share,
but what i do is,
always pray for your welfare.
i don't know whether,
for me do you care,
but one thing i assure,
you'll always be in my prayer!!

He worked by day,and toiled by night,
he gave up play and some delight,
dry books he read,
new things to learn,
and forged ahead,
success to earn,
he plodded on with,
faith and pluck,
and when he won,
men called it luck!!

It is so difficult to be lonely,to carry the pain of loneliness,
to keep my feelings buried,
not getting a friend to share.
i am all alone this day,
with no friend to share,
whatever i think,whatever i feel,
and whatever i long for.
i wish i could get a friend,
with whom to share my pain,
i won't need words,
who will read from my face,
the pain of longing....

You came into my life,like a silver lining after a cloud,
you made me very happy,
which i never knew will be momentary,
you made me laugh,
you made me smile,
you made me sob,
you made me sigh,
sometimes you gave me pleasure,
but many a times sadness and grief,
its not your fault,
for i welcomed you not caring for,
the sufferings you gave me,
but now i cry,i cry a lot,
all alone with noone to console me,
when you first came into my life,
i always waited for you,
like the sunflower waiting for the sun,
and the peacock waiting for the rain,
when you came you gave me,
pleasure which later turned into morose,
you gave me enough of depression,
yet i cared for you without respecting my feelings,
but now i cry,i cry a lot,
all alone with noone to console me,
i want to go away from you now,
after knowing the real you,
i was a fool in trusting you,
b'coz it is i who is suffering,
and you,happy in your own world!!

FIND A HEART THAT WILL LOVE YOU

Having had enough of you,i sent you away,but now your voice keeps sounding in the silence of my room,
your face appears on the pages of the book i read,
i hear your football outside my empty door,
your laugh comes floating through the distance,
the feel of your arm from around my shoulders,i cannot remove,
you are now more with me than ever before,
why can't you just leave me alone??
or have you so much a part of me become
that it is i who cannot let you go??
so perhaps it is better for both of us,
that you RETURN!!

I came into this world so beautiful,
i was taught to be always dutiful,
i got schooling in the best school,
for i got you in that school.

We became friends when we were small,
and now i cherish those memories all,
we jumped,we hopped,we played together,
b'coz we had no trouble to bother.

Today we are busy in our own lives,
like honeybees in their own hives,
as life has it's mysteries unfold,
still we have our hands to hold.

When you are sad,dear friend,
i'll always have my shoulders to lend,
and when you are happy,dear,
i will be there with you to cheer.

From childhood and innocence,
to life's real essence,
we haven't allowed our knot to sever,
hope this friendship is meant to be forever.

You may get new friends around,
good and bad people always will surround,
you'll get busy,but surely you'll have some time to spare,
turn back and I WILL BE THERE!!
